Muscles Stretched

1. Gastrocnemius/soleus

Start Position

  1. Facing a wall, place one leg behind you as seen in the picture

Finish Position

  1.  Lunge body forward towards wall

Modifications

  1. If you do not get a stretch trying placing the back foot further back

Common Errors

  1.  Bending the back knee
  2.  Back heel off the ground
  3. Toes point out
