Single arm swings 70% of February 11, 2013 (340) = 238 = 119 per side
Rep plan per side: (5, 20, 20, 10) x 2
Time: 14:04
Though my technique started to faulter near the end.  This rep scheme allowed me to complete the reps in a very short period of time as compare to before.

Not many workouts this week. I had a surgical procedure and will not be allowed to lift more than 25 lbs for a week or so.  I will starting to do metabolic training and body weight training as of next week.
