Breaking from the off season training and starting ultimate season. Played tonight. We lost. Felt like I could have played the full game but felt sluggish with speed. Kettlebell swings will be done on Thursday

20kg Kettlebell swings 95% of 420 = 399 Since last week I did 399 and I am still feeling some soreness after Ultimate I am going to do it again but see if I can reduce my time by doing 10 reps every 30 seconds vs 20 every minute.
